Let’s see.
Oct. 28th, 2012 10:09 pmJ. and I went to campus to work in the library for an hour and a half this afternoon, which seems to be an excellent way to focus. Glad we did that. We then retrieved D. and bought pumpkins, which we worked on carving after dinner. Mine has fierce big eyes and fangs; D’s is a sad ghost. J’s project is ambitious and he needs more tools (thus the dining table is still covered in mess and still taking up all the kitchen floor space).
We’ve now got D. watching Fairy Tail, one of our all-time favorite anime shows. Entirely suitable for kids, yet both funny and exciting enough for me and J. too. D. has now seen 4 episodes. J. and I have seen 48 and are impatient for the next 48 to get dubbed into English.
