It’s hard to remember now what I did before picking D. up at 4 p.m. Housework? Seems likely. After he was home again, we spent quite a bit of time playing the card-matching memory minigame in Dragon Warrior VII. What was the game show called, based on that, in the 1960s? Concentration? Then dinner, then we sorted the ornaments and decorated the tree, and then J. dropped by, after a less than profitable Magic tournament in Portland, and the three of us spent the evening playing his two-player Baldur’s Gate game. Also, I tried a NYT bread recipe but the result was much heavier than I like. Tomorrow it’s back to the proposal, plus the exterior lights. R. has some very pretty lights outside his place.
