Today I attended about half of an interesting talk on using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in smoking cessation, and almost all of a talk on working through issues with teens. Very interesting! Also, I did my volunteer stint at the school library, and helped carry a bookshelf along some city streets, which was fun for being a unique experience, and I helped D. with math problems about apple juice.
