• Finished (I hope) a pesky work task that I won’t be paid for and don’t get any real benefit from having done, other than that H. will stop asking me to do it.
  
• Watched a new Scooby-Doo movie with D, about a “phantasaur” plaguing a paleontological dig. I’d rank this one relatively low among the Scooby-Doo movies, though Shaggy was fun in it, and I give it points for being non-supernatural.
  
• Called my step-mother for her 75th birthday. She’s headed to Circleville, OH, to visit her grown grandson and his family and see their apparently famous pumpkin festival. Also they’re going to drive to DC.
  
• Still think I may have a cold, though I don’t have full-fledged congestion yet.
  
• Oh, and also I messed up bread. Duh. Good thing I have one more yeast packet.
