fractal9091 has to reschedule his flight home. Even though we know from looking online at federal law on the topic that they can’t charge him extra for it, it still sounds like a big hassle.
And a bigger hassle is that my other main grant proposal didn’t get scored. That means it’s unlikely that revising it would work. That was my hope for funding starting in April...
