- If you sleep until after 9 a.m. on Monday, then setting your alarm for 5 a.m. on Tuesday can lead to shutting it off without waking up, and eventually experiencing a great rush of adrenaline when you do wake up with only 6 minutes to dress, grab your bag lunch from the fridge, and run the block and a half to the bus stop.
- If, on the other hand, you sleep until you wake up naturally, then hours later you still have plenty of energy and a pretty good mood.
