Minor, cheerful progress
Jul. 23rd, 2007 08:57 pmI don't feel nearly so behind on things, now that I've done a bunch of shopping for D's birthday party. I also finished skimming Bonnie Mann's book, Women's Liberation and the Sublime, which was useful in that I now know that I probably wouldn't want to sign up for her class this fall. A lot more interesting was a draft article by Knobe and Leiter explaining how Nietzsche's conceptualization of moral philosophy matches how people actually are better than either Aristotle or Kant's ideas.
I also weeded the outer flower bed a bit and somehow got poppy seeds in my hair.
