Nice Thursday

I slept ten hours last night! I can only guess it was the high levels of pollen. I ended up not having time to get much work done, but in the evening I got to go on a nice walk with J and DG in DG’s forested neighborhood, then we sat around chatting there for an hour.

Today was the first of four days of very nice weather, according to the forecast – sunny and 78-80˚F through Sunday. Monday we expect rain and only 55˚F, which is unfortunate as it’s the first “barbecue holiday” of the year, but we’ll figure things out.

Pollen is bad here too at the moment. G has just gone to bed for a nap because he was tired.

I am reminding myself that we get a fair amount of rain in June, most years, so maybe I'll get some respite in a few weeks.
