Concert week, day one

Tonight I combined a trip to the university library with attending the junior orchestra concert - I realized I could just park at the high school for both, if I went early enough. It was a nice walk to the university before the concert, even with a bit of rain. Tomorrow is the youth symphony concert - far more likely to play the original pieces as they're written, not adaptations with passages that can sound ponderously slow to ears that expect the original.
