A warm and breezy Sunday

The Unitarians were doing a Blessing of the Animals this morning, and I've always wanted to go to one of those, but since I woke up barely before their services started, I missed it, and decided that maybe that's best, given this year's circumstances.

I finally got my parents' old bedroom furniture today. The vanity's missing both its mirror and its bench (due to theft, actually), but I don't think I really mind, as it looks maybe better the way it is. It's all in the garage now.

I wonder how many times I've seen Sixteen Candles. Twenty? Thirty-five? It's sure on TV a lot.

R. and I are fretting about New Orleans.
