Missing out on Jupiter
Nov. 16th, 2012 08:19 pmD’s congestion is very noisy, and of course more tiresome for him than for me, which is really saying something.
One of J’s high school classmates wrote a trilogy of YA novels about a girl from Chapel Hill who becomes an international supermodel – I started reading the second one today, and it’s entertaining enough. I finally finished Specials, too (having bogged down about two-thirds of the way through).
I wish we were all healthy, though, since there’s a star party going on right now, and Jupiter is so bright. I’d love to be looking at its moons through a good telescope.
