This year’s Health Raisers (employee wellness campaign) is now under way. My goals this year:
  1. Drink at least 48 oz. of water, juice, or tea daily. (I can easily go 10 hours without even a sip of water, which is not a good thing.)
  2. Return to tracking my magnesium intake and try to get 400 mg daily from food. Not hard, if I’m paying attention. I went out and bought chard and bananas to help with this. Also some beautiful strawberries, low in Mg but good in all other ways.
  3. Some 30 min of exercise 3x weekly, though that will be easier when hay fever season is past.
D. and I are both mildly sick with a headache/stomach ache thing. Best remedy: reading aloud the first two chapters of Double Fudge.
