Anniversary; Animal House

eve_primeToday we finished our anniversary stuff: we had philly steak sandwiches and chicken quesadillas at the Highlands, and played two games of pool. Later we exchanged the rest of the gifts - I gave R. the other two CDs, and he gave me the Plumwood book I'd liked so much this year (which the library eventually needed back) and two CDs: the Romeo Void one I was talking about last week, and a Celtic fiddle/cello one by Alasdair Frasier and Natalie Haas.
We've been watching an Animal House retrospective, which is really fun, since the movie was made here. (I didn't much enjoy the movie when it came out, but they're tempting me to see it again.) They said that Belushi modeled Bluto on a combination of Harpo Marx and the Cookie Monster!
