Really, I did nothing today. I did a manuscript review for a journal, and I picked D. up from his summer program. On the way up Donald St., there was a deer blithely munching on a lawn not 4' from the curb, and then four blocks later, a pair of wild turkeys on the other side of the street. After I passed, they went and stood in the center of the street, and when we came back down the hill a few minutes later, they were loitering in a driveway, but the deer had moved on.
