A "lost weekend"

eve_primeWell, not really, no regrets, but I didn't seem to get much work done.
Friday night's excursion to campus was "different." I passed a blowout frat party and several small bands of drunk but friendly guys. (One yelled, "Harry Potter 8! Yeah!" at me, although I wasn't even in costume.) I was also pretty aware that the last time I went to that neighborhood so late at night, I came home with a new baby.
Saturday, I read and thought about Harry Potter all day, with the brief exception of watching Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla with the boys. Today I thought about Harry Potter for most of the day too, though I did work for, umm, 15 minutes in the afternoon 'til![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
fractal9091 announced that he'd upgraded his graphics driver so that maybe Warcraft III wouldn't crash for once. Success!
