eve_primeYet I did, and it wasn't until I was in the nicer nearby supermarket (not the one I'm in every day) and saw the display that I realized I'd been missing out! So now I have peaches and nectarines sealed in a paper bag on the counter to finish ripening, and apricots in the fridge.
I got some neat postcards of stave churches in Norway today, from Arnold's cache of old postcards.
R. was so nice to include D. in so many of their activities this weekend, so that I wouldn't end up feeling like a babysitter, but in fact I missed spending as much time with him as usual. I think he missed me too -- after his nap today, he wanted to cuddle on the couch for quite a long time. We painted his toenails today too -- a nearly clear polish with gold sparkles, though I think he'd rather have had green and blue toenails like his friend Tommy.
