Improving Zoom

Today I had two long-ish Zoom meetings scheduled, and it occurred to me that instead of either of my two less than perfect places to sit, I could use the desk I'd set up in D's room! It was more comfortable than my other options, but much less fun for Ajani and Sorin, who like to get very involved with me when I'm doing a Zoom call. Ajani cried outside the bedroom door for the first meeting but took a nap during the second.

I couldn't figure out how to get the laptop to recognize my second monitor, so I could look at two screens. I'll ask J to help with that, sometime. Instead, I entertained myself by cleaning the laptop screen and keyboard with a damp cotton ball.

I have two places set up for Zoom, one on the floor on cushions and one in a chair but sometimes Zilly sniffs around the screen during the meditation and I have to go dark. These pets love Zoom, hee hee!

I am sure Ajani would rather I did the one where I'm sitting on the livingroom floor and he is all over my lap. I really liked being at a nice clean desk, though!

My laptop supports one screen on HDMI and the other on USB-C; I had to get adapters for each.

It's connected via HDMI but gives error messages. Probably J can figure it out.
