Friday movies

eve_primeI finished watching the movie about the narratologist and the genie. It was interesting, in that the acting was great, the visuals were great, the story was fine, but the pacing was so incredibly slow that I wouldn't recommend it to J. I wasn't surprised to learn from Wikipedia that the budget was three times the income. It was called Three Thousand Years of Longing.
Since it was movie night, I also watched a movie with J - the original Judge Dredd with Sylvester Stallone. Not a good movie but not a waste of time either, although I wouldn't have wanted to have made the effort to see it in a theater.
