Sleepy Thursday

Today I had rather low energy - with lots of sneezing and yawning - and I must be allergic to the little weed called plantain, because it was the only noticeable pollen in the local pollen count. I did several tiresome things I'd been procrastinating - installing multifactor authentication on my work account and finding a credit card I don't use and getting it activated, before they cancel it. I read an interesting paper, and I also started to read a book outside, but when the character had some tapenade to eat, I realized I wanted some too, and that sent me on a quest to two stores to find it. I also watched half of a rather strange movie in which Tilda Swinton is a narratologist listening to stories from the life of a genie played by Idris Elba.

Ha ha, it was a mission I could not resist! Later in the book another character also had tapenade, and he also had apples and cheese on his plate along with whatever the tapenade was spread on, and that was just how I had eaten it! Very ancient Roman of me...
