For the last few weeks, except for the cooler days, I've had basically the same habits. I wake in the late morning or noonish, as usual, then do whatever paperwork and housework needs to happen, then I head outside to read. I come in for lunch and watch a bit of TV, most recently usually Hallmark movies set in interesting places - today's was in Budapest. Then I head back outside and read more, sometimes with J, until around 8 pm, when mosquitos are more likely to come out. At that point, I usually take a walk (with J, if he's around), then I shower to get whatever pollen out of my hair, then I settle on J's couch and read until his bedtime, also snacking. After he's gone to bed, I come home, typically have a bowl of soup, then read until my own bedtime. I also feed cats, etc., and sometimes do a few errands.

I'm usually making progress on four books a day. In the afternoon and early evening, I read for work - books on environmental communication, taking notes on Skype. Then I've been reading work-adjacent non-fiction, which I sometimes continue inside. I also usually read some fiction that I haven't read before, and my bedtime reading is fiction that I have read before, something that's not suspenseful or otherwise exciting.

Hopefully I can keep this up for many weeks to come, although if it gets too hot, or if/when we get wildfire smoke, then I'll be inside a lot more. The weather has been ideal, though - highs around 75-87F every day (that's about 24-30C), with a pleasant breeze, and I move around to stay in the shade.

That is a lot of books to read a day, wow.
I have been dying fiber and spinning a lot. ;-)

Still mostly just reading in the late evenings.
