Board game...

eve_primeToday we finally got to try the Slay the Spire board game, elaborately adapted from the video game that J and I like to play on Steam. JC also likes to play it and was interested in the board game, which J had gotten from a Kickstarter, and JC's wife MSC also agreed, so we went over there around 7:30 pm and tried it out. It really was an impressive game, although it took us five hours.
JC and MSC and their three-year-old daughter are moving to Iowa in about 10 days, and we will miss them - it was impressive that they made the time to do this with all the other stuff they'll need to get done.
