Sorin has now had three doses of the transdermal thyroid medicine, which is a dab of cream that I just rub onto the inside of his ear (using a gloved finger). VERY easy so far, thankfully. I hope he doesn't have side effects and that it works, but what a relief that the pill and the surgery and the radiation are not the only options.

I think it's going well. He doesn't even notice that I'm putting the stuff on his ear, and they'll do another blood test in a week. :)
