Two Monday things

eve_primeTwo interesting things from today. First, my arms are so scratched from the blackberry vines that it looks rather dramatic! Some of the scratches are a little puffy, and I wonder if I might be slightly allergic. Fortunately, the scratches neither hurt nor itch.
The other thing is that I learned that D&S are thinking of August for when they would probably move out. They hope to get an apartment in the complex where J lived before he bought his house - as far as non-luxury apartments go, they are pretty nice, and they're also conveniently close to us. That is, it's a reasonable walk in one direction and a rather long walk there and back again. Apartments now cost about double what they cost ten years ago, though - it's about $1400/month for a one-bedroom.
