No, I guess not, there's several for younger readers and one with a bunch of super-hero-type stuff that I've also read, hm. Anyway, this one's in his Cosmere books, where each planet has its own strange magic system. In this world, there's magic based on colors and something like a soul that everyone's born with, called Breath; if you collect extra Breath you can animate some other types of things, and the more Breath you have, the fancier colors are. There's a very colorful city ruled by a God-King, and its royal family lives in exile up in the mountains, where its people practice a religion that's rather Puritan and avoids all that stuff with colors and Breath. The God-King is engaged to marry a princess from that royal family, and the oldest sister, Vivenna, has been raised for this role her entire life - but at the last minute, her father decides he loves her too much and sends her rather frivolous younger sister Siri instead. Meanwhile, forces within the city are trying to start a war with the mountain people.
I'd probably only read this one once before, and I'd forgotten a major and pivotal character. It's pretty good, but I prefer Elantris and the original Mistborn series.
