Day 1158: Ha ha

Today was Symphony Happy Hour, the last of the year, and after I got every trivia question correct excepting one of the two bonus questions - having no idea what Ravel did during World War I and making an incorrect guess of it - they announced that I was the season champion of symphony trivia. Ha! That was fun.

It was also fun to get my picture taken with Francesco and our assistant conductor, Daniel Cho, who's about to leave for a fancier position in Birmingham, Alabama. And it was also fun to see the display they'd made of all of the trivia winners in the past year.

Later, I finished watching a Hallmark mystery, Carrot Cake Murder, and I also finished watching Tom Jones.

Trivia Happy hours sound fun, maybe someday I will go to one, hee hee.

It's really fun. But we have only one more year before our conductor goes on to a fancier job, and his successor may not want to do happy hours. (They didn't have them until our current conductor introduced them.) So I'll have to appreciate them while I can.
