Book completed

Tress of the Emerald Sea, by Brandon Sanderson. This is the first book from his famous KIckstarter project, a lavish, fancy, bound book with several full-color illustrations and lovely paper. I don’t want to say too much about the story, except that it’s light, occasionally deep, quite entertaining, and ultimately satisfying. It’s also available to the general public at this point – I saw it at one of our local bookstores weeks ago – but it’s fun to have this fancy edition.

Definitely a fun story! I won't say more, except that J's going to be delighted when he reads the Postscript, because he recognized the inspiration for it.
