Day 1140: Secret park #1

eve_primeToday I went on a walk to the first secret park that I learned about in my neighborhood (there are at least three). It doesn't have a sign that it's a park; the only way to tell is by looking at a city park district map. It's about the size for a house, among other houses on a cul-de-sac, but for whatever reason it ended up city property instead. It has a picnic table but no other amenities besides the trees.
I'm afraid that camera angle emphasizes the bark on the ground. This was new, someone had built a little structure:

Emerging onto the street and facing west:
And then at the corner, facing south. It's about five blocks to my house. In the distance, you can see Spencer Butte on the left and the neighborhood cemetery on the right:
