eve_primeThis week's movie was a Japanese anime work called Night Is Short, Walk On Girl. It's about a Kyoto university student who has a very, very long night out, doing a variety of strange things - learning to do a "sophist dance" with a bunch of old guys, searching a used book fair for a childhood favorite, acting in a bit of guerrilla theater, then visiting a whole chain of people who all caught colds. Meanwhile, an older student tries to figure out how to meet her. It's a crazy movie; I generally liked it.
It sure is raining! I'm making pretty good progress on a very long library book that's due on Monday.
My colleague sent back that paper today with his feedback, but I didn't look today. Maybe tomorrow.
