Crises, real and otherwise

Today there was some sort of violence threat on Reddit targeting the high school serving the neighborhood west of us - S's mom is the art teacher there. D says the threat was linked to some account in the Netherlands, and that maybe it was all nonsense, but the threat also extended to mayhem in town more generally so he didn't go get his allergy shot. I hope everything will continue going smoothly.

Meanwhile, my friend the executive director of the youth orchestras has had some sort of emergency health crisis and is in the hospital. I hope she'll be okay! She's about 65 I think.
