Day 1057: Reign of Dragons

This week's movie was a 2002 live-action film I'd never heard of. A schoolboy (with no protective equipment) goes 150' beneath London, where his mother is working on a digging project, and he crawls into some newly discovered hole, which turns out to be full of evil, nasty dragons who kill his mother and emerge to devastate the world. Then the boy's grown up and the leader of a community that's eking out a living while hiding in a castle in northern England. Then other people show up, with a biologically implausible plan to solve the problem. Not a great film, but I don't regret watching it.

I saw that many years ago, can barely remember it. I watch all the movies with dragons in though. :)

The dragons were great!
