When I saw the apple tree with its trunk so illuminated, I went outside with the camera to photograph it, and other photo opportunities quickly ensued when I saw this turkey in our next-door neighbor Amber's front lawn:



I realized the turkey was probably on its way to join its family, so I walked down the driveway to take a look. And indeed, my front yard was full of turkeys, 10 of them.



Azalyn and Tertius had seen the turkeys too, what a shock!



Here's Tertius, emerging to take a closer look, probably emboldened because I was standing there:



And Ambrose came out from wherever he'd been hiding, to see what all the fuss was about.
