Love Your Life, by Sophie Kinsella. I've been enjoying her books a lot lately, and I had to wait weeks to get this one, which is one of her latest. The premise is that a young British woman meets a hot guy on a writer's retreat in Italy; he's into her too; they make a fabulous connection, knowing nothing of each other; then they return to London and discover their lifestyles are seriously incompatible. I was kind of meh about the protagonist here, though, and especially her irritating, destructive dog, so I wasn't as enthusiastic about this one as I'd been about her others. Other than the dog, the supporting characters are great, though - her friends, then his friends, then especially when the two groups of friends are thrown together. That was the real strength of the book.
