Day 484: "Was a sunny day"

I was thinking of that Paul Simon song today, "Was a sunny day. Not a cloud was in the sky. Not a negative word was heard, from the people passing by." The reason it came to mind was that when I was driving D. for his allergy shot, he commented that he didn't like weather like today, with no clouds at all. Many people would be very happy to have an entirely blue sky! But not D, and not me either, frankly. When the sky is entirely blue, it seems hotter than it is. Later, though, the moon was the barest sliver - very pretty!
