Day 426: Sneezy Saturday

eve_primeThe grass pollen is already at "high" levels, two weeks early. Good thing it'll rain later in the week! We got J's lawn properly mowed today, and the fuchsia stems from last year cut back down near the ground, and we read outside some too, and took a walk. I shower after we're done being outside for the day, and I generally feel reasonable in the evenings; it's the mornings that I'm the worst. I really should hurry up and get the air purifier I plan to get for my room.
I have the estate paperwork nearly wrapped up; I just have to mail things out, and visit the credit union again on Monday, then wait for everyone's check to clear so I can close the account over at the nice bank.
D. got to have some fun today - he took the bus for the first time in over a year, with his girlfriend S, to the university for "Japan Night." There were video recordings of various groups' performances to watch, including S's K-pop dance group. D. finally got to meet the other members of the group, and he also got to see two of his Japanese-American friends/acquaintances from high school, who are also at the university, though he hadn't seen them in three years. (I've seen one of them many times, as she's a violinist in the university orchestra.)
