Day 348: The plot of Willow

eve_primeOur Friday night movie - two hours with our favorite Nelwyn and the most wonderfully expressive baby actresses. This was B's favorite film for several years after it came out. And here's my plot summary.
Frodo leaves the Shire with something precious and travels to Rivendell, where he passes it along to Han Solo. Han and others spend time mucking about, during which he gradually converts Leia from the Dark Side, where she's been raised. They all travel to the Wicked Witch of the West's castle, where Circe turns an army into pigs. We have a classic wizard duel, some conventional human fighting, and a fist fight, then our hero conjures up a parlor trick, and our villain is struck down by Mother Nature. And then the Ewoks throw a big party.
