Day 326: Frustration resolved?

eve_primeBack in December, I'd mentioned here that I'd ordered two copies of a gift, so that both J. and D. could have it, and they'd only shipped one. It was quite frustrating. They waited to respond to my email until the end of December, then they said I needed to photograph the package to show what I did receive. So I did that and sent it back right away. Then I didn't hear from them. I emailed a week later, then a week later, and probably another time, then I more or less gave up in frustration, though I'd been researching what my legal options were. The company is in Poland, but presumably they'd be under some EU rules?
Anyway, today I finally heard from them. Their system is set up so that if you send them another email, it bumps you down to the end of the queue! So by getting too frustrated to contact them, it allowed my case to get to the top of the queue. (Isn't that kind of ridiculous?) Anyway, they say they'll make another one and send it. I'm glad they weren't just resolved to cheat me, or to treat me as someone who was trying to cheat them.
