I got a fair amount done today, for someone who's still sick-ish. I attended G's lab, then went to my office to start training an intern in cost analysis (I think it's a thing we do pro bono for enthusiastic UO students - I'm certainly getting nothing out of it besides conversation with a pleasant young man). J. hadn't had lunch and invited me to get dinner with him before he played Magic, allowing me to conveniently return an overdue library book nearby. I had a nice quesadilla with beef brisket. Then I relaxed a while, made a round of edits on paper #4, and fetched D. home from his girlfriend's house when he was done hanging out there (he's also sick-ish and didn't go to pep band tonight). I watched a bunch of Magic streaming with J, and did some grocery shopping, including buying a cute little plush lambie for the baby whose birthday party we're attending tomorrow. Hm, that's really quite a biit!
