Alas, cooked onion
Feb. 26th, 2026 11:51 pmI got J to taste a bit of the broccoli-parmesan risotto, in the hope that I might not have to throw it out, but the cooked bits of onion were too much for him. Our mothers learned to cook in very different traditions! Also I suppose my mom’s cooking style was much more cosmopolitan than the norm.
