Not quite enough

It warmed up enough to rain today, and it rained for hours, but the net effect is mostly pools of cold water sitting on icy slabs, surrounded by piles of snow. I bet D. will have school tomorrow, though the university already cancelled all of its classes for the day.

I finished reading our book club book, A Thousand Acres, which was essentially King Lear on an Iowa farmstead, from Goneril's surprisingly sympathetic perspective. We also finally finished the Ghost Rider storyline on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which makes us nearly caught up for once.
