Late-summer virus blah

Today I finalized another draft of my interview study paper, although I spent almost the entire day in bed. I also read most of Jerry Oltion’s Anywhere But Here, a sequel to his novel about the invention of a cheap interstellar hyperdrive and the resulting disruptions on Earth. J&D both played Magic all evening, which was a long wait, but I’d encouraged them to go, and D. ended up winning the small tournament.
