Tuesday, and grateful for a/c

It’s hardly been a day of great achievement – I selected a target journal for my interview study paper, the same one that published my addiction metaphors paper; I discussed cats online with a_priori; and now I’ve begun the project of rereading Iris Murdoch, starting with The Sandcastle. I am a much more careful reader now than when I read it before; I used to rush through books back then.

In sum, still sick, not up to much, but better able to relax and ignore it.
