We win!

Today was Lillian’s final chemo treatment (16 of them over 6 months). She definitely beat the odds – the vet told us how surprised she was. Hopefully she’ll be okay for 6 months or more before the cancer returns. For now, though, no more vet visits until November.

We had a survivor party! Roast chicken (for all four of us), teriyaki sauce (D), roast potatoes (me and J), doritos (me and D), potato chips (D), hard lemonade (J), grape soda (D), rather mediocre watermelon (me and D), and catnip (Lillian).
