Barbecue

What fun, we had a dinner invitation from my friend C — we hadn’t been to her house before, nor properly met her husband, and we also got to meet three of their other friends. Plus many kids, whom we didn’t actually meet per se. The chicken was delicious! The best part was that D, who was initially nervous, soon felt right at home and ended up having quite a good time. I’d felt a bit guilty about making him go, but it turned out fine.
