Yay for Family Reading Night

It's an annual event at D's school. We started in the Dr. Seuss room, where he read us I Can Lick 30 Tigers Today!. I liked the third story in that collection best. Then we went to the animal room, where D. read a panda book, I read an otter book, and R. looked at Animal Clowns. The big event was not, for once, a guest athlete reading out of a book, but a real, proper, storyteller. Yay Family Reading Night. Yay warm cat to snuggle with now. Yay.
