I am happy that my favorite dish of greens, Jyoti Saag, is available in a nearby store again. It's mustard greens with spinach and a bit of seasoning - very tart, tasting like pureed spinach with lime juice. Saag is delicious on brown rice with tomato salsa and cheddar.
