First, an update on R's computer. DH fixed it for him today - he rebooted the router, and that was all it took. Good to know for the future!
Other good things: D. and I cleaned his room to the point that one can easily walk around the floor again (a rarity). I read about implicit theories, which I like. I'll post more about them some other time. Then, as a family we watched the second half of Fiddler on the Roof (first half yesterday), expanding D's cultural awareness considerably. R. and I were impressed that he was willing to sit there that long for a movie about romance and cultural change, with hardly any action and a lot of very unfamiliar names.
Oh, and I took a short walk in the neighborhood, looking for signs of spring. Lots of crocuses in bud, and the English family down the street had some fully blooming daffodils. Directly across from us I found two ranunculus in bloom and a very small iris, too.
