One of those days

Today was that kind of day. At the last minute I found that D's art project had to have a particular kind of hanger affixed, but the three stores we went to didn't have it, so I ended up standing in a parking lot rigging up something with an eye bolt and "extreme tape," then the south gate into the fairgrounds was closed and we had to walk several blocks to find our way in, then later I left my money at home when grocery shopping, and the woman I've hired to do the phone follow-ups for my study seems to have disappeared, and so forth.
Just annoyances, I think. I seem to be self-medicating with melted cheese, though - I noticed a trend in my meals.
A very small orange spider has built three webs today off my bedside lamp, maybe 10" from my head, in my peripheral vision. The web she has now is her finest yet. She is waiting patiently in the center. Too bad there aren't really any flying insects in here.
