that I spent another day doing precious little because I feel so unwell. Things I did do!
Returned three library books and got five that had come in from ILL. They mostly look useful.
Relaxed with Leave It to Psmith, a Wodehouse book I really enjoy.
Had "sopa de camarones" for dinner, mostly for the broth, for my throat.
Watched 2010 (which we've always liked more than 2001, because it's more story, less art). Explaining every happening to D. was an ongoing challenge, though.
Oh yeah, and on the way to the library, I saw a raccoon standing around casually in a yard, not quite a block from our house. The fact that this was in full, sunny, daylight was concern enough (as in rabies), but the raccoon also happened to be missing its entire tail. Poor thing, but I really hope the kids stay away from it.
