Election Day

Actually, "election day" is a thing of the past in Oregon, as our state is entirely vote-by-mail, so nearly everyone had already voted before today, but of course tonight they got to count the ballots.

Obama won, which doesn't surprise me in the least. (He was in the ice cream shop just south of campus on Saturday!) I only got to vote for mayor, though. And our city councilwoman, who was running unopposed. But Obama gets my vote in the fall.
