R. was napping so soundly this afternoon that I got to pick D. up from Wizard Camp, and I'm glad I did - several children took me around and earnestly showed me the things they'd made today to attract fairies and the fairy dust (purple glitter) their guests had left behind. There were fairy doors (bits of clay modeled to fit into niches at the bases of trees), white clay cups in layers to hold "sweet milk," and dish gardens of soil, shells, and special stones. Last week they'd made simple cloaks, hats, and wands, and this week they're more elaborate: twig brooms and robes with wand-pockets.
